MEET DANIEL
Hello! My name is Daniel Sanchez, and I’m the founder of The Dapper Dose. Originally from La Habra, CA, I now call San Diego home. With 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I’ve built my career around a passion for exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality.
One of my first memories in the industry was at a Cuban restaurant, where the chef/owner’s meticulous attention to detail and warm hospitality inspired me to pursue culinary school. After graduation, I had the privilege of working in Hawaii as a chef in a fine dining kitchen. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for seafood and the beauty of fresh ingredients.
Returning to San Diego, I expanded my expertise by working in a downtown restaurant. There, I honed my bartending skills, gained valuable insights into front-of-house operations, and learned the importance of efficient systems and creative marketing. Along the way, I’ve connected with incredible people who continue to motivate me to innovate and share my passion. My goal is to bring personalized experiences to every event, pairing delicious tapas and crafted drinks with genuine hospitality!

Elevate your event with our custom mobile bar trailer, designed for both style and function. At 11 feet long and 7.5 feet tall, and 5 feet wide it blends seamlessly into any setup. Powered by solar energy, it’s eco-friendly and fully self-sufficient, featuring a CO2 draft system, a refrigerator, and a top-tier JBL sound system with two speakers for the perfect ambiance. Our stylish, connected leather stools offer comfortable seating, while a custom awning provides shade. A personalized menu board showcases your curated drinks, and we handle all the setup, ensuring a smooth, memorable experience for weddings, corporate events, or private celebrations.
